Eskan Bank announced the appointment of Mr. Abdulla Talib as General Manager of the Bank, effective April 15, 2024, based on a decision issued by the Bank's Board of Directors.
On this occasion, Her Excellency Mrs. Amana bint Ahmed Al-Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning and Chairperson of Eskan Bank, expressed confidence in Mr. Abdulla Talib's efforts to take on the responsibility and lead the executive management to achieve the Bank's development and banking objectives, and to continue supporting the progress of the social housing sector in the Kingdom.
On his part, Mr. Abdulla Talib expressed his happiness and honor to join Eskan Bank, noting the role played by the Bank in supporting the housing process on the one hand, and stimulating the financing and real estate development sectors on the other.
Mr. Talib also emphasized the importance of continuing to strengthen the partnership between the public and private sectors to provide decent housing for citizens through frameworks that aligning with the aspirations of the wise leadership of the esteemed government.
It is worth noting that Mr. Abdulla Talib held several senior positions at Ithmaar Bank, and has represented Ithmaar Group on numerous boards of directors in Bahrain and abroad since 2016. He is one of the influential national competencies in the banking and financial sector, where he has been able to achieve many improvements through his various positions.
